11/22（土）・11/23（日）の両日に託児サービスを提供いたします（要事前申込）。
料金：5時間2,000円
利用ご希望の方は、10/30（木）までに本サイトの「問い合わせ」フォームにて「託児サービス利用希望」と明記の上、下記項目をお知らせください。
詳細は調整の上、11/8（土）ごろまでにお知らせします。

Childcare service will be provided free of charge on November 22 and 23 (advance reservation required).
Fee: 2,000 yen for 5 hours
If you would like to use this service, please fill out the “Contact us” form by October 30, stating “Childcare service request” and providing the following information.
Details will be announced by around November 8 after arrangements have been made. Note that the sitters may not be able to speak English or other foreign languages.

6. 普段の生活リズム（ご飯の時間、お昼寝の時間、おやつの時間 等）※当日の様子は口頭で確認します
7. アレルギーの有無（ある方は具体的にお知らせください）
8. 特記事項（配慮が必要なこと、シッターに伝えておきたいことなど）
9. 当日の緊急連絡先
