There will be some workshops on August 6 (JST) and bus tour on August 8 (JST). For more information, please refer to “General Info” page.
You will be able to register for the workshops and bus tour on this page. However, there are limited spaces for both the workshops and bus tour, so be sure to register beforehand, while there are still seats available.
If you wish to cancel before your payment is processed, you may do so by sending an email to fleat7@j-let.org. In such a case, there will be no cancellation fee imposed. Once your payment is processed, you will not be able to get a refund for any reason.
The workshops are 2,000 yen per workshop, and you can register up to 3 workshops, maximum. The bus tour is 6,000 yen. Even if you cancel mid-way through the tour, you will be charged the full amount. On this page, you may register for the following seven options. You may only register for yourself only. There is no bulk registration available on this site.

There are neither LET/IALLT membership discount or Students discount for the workshops or bus tour. Workshops and bus tour can be registered without registering for the main conference.
To register, click the registration button at the bottom of the page. After registration has been completed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
If the email does not appear in your inbox, please check your junk box. If the email is not found in the junk box either, please take a moment to contact the secretariat (fleat7@j-let.org). You can either make a payment via PayPal or bank transfer.
In late July or later you will receive a notification email regarding the delivery of the tickets for the workshop and bus tour.
Receipts for the workshop fee and bus tour can be issued on the “Receipt Issue” page of the registration system. The addressee of the receipt can only be set by yourself and only once. Log into the “Receipt Issue” page with the pre-registration number and the password you created then follow the on-screen instructions.
