〇サービスの詳細

• ・委託業者名：札幌シッターサービス
• ・シッターは全員資格者です。
• ・英語対応可能シッターの手配もできます。
• ・場所：会場と同じ建物内
• ・シッターが必要なものを持ち込んで教室を託児室にします。
• ・託児室にはお布団、おもちゃ、テレビデオ、紙オムツ、飲み物、おしぼり、救急箱、お子様の名札等、託児に必要なものはすべてご用意しております。
• ・対象年齢：生後3ヶ月～12歳まで

〇お申し込み方法

利用ご希望の方は、7/31（金）までに本サイトの「問い合わせ」フォームにて「託児サービス利用希望」と明記の上、下記項目をお知らせください。詳細は調整の上、8/10（月）ごろまでにお知らせします。なお、運営の都合によりご利用枠には限りがございます。お申し込み多数の場合、誠に恐縮ですが先着順とさせていただきます。

1. 利用されるお子様のお名前（ふりがなも）
2. 月齢・年齢・性別
3. 利用希望日時（30分単位でご記入ください。）
4. 託児所に預けたことがあるか？その時の様子（又は保育園にいっているか？保育園での様子）
5. おむつの有無
6. 普段の生活リズム（ご飯の時間、お昼寝の時間、おやつの時間 等）※当日の様子は口頭で確認します
7. アレルギーの有無（ある方は具体的にお知らせください）
8. 特記事項（配慮が必要なこと、シッターに伝えておきたいことなど）
9. 当日の緊急連絡先

• We are pleased to offer complimentary childcare services on August 18 (Tue), August 19 (Wed), and 20 (Thu). We highly encourage attendees to take advantage of our on-site childcare room during the conference!

Service Details

• – Childcare Provider: Sapporo Sitter Service
• – Qualifications: All sitters hold professional childcare certifications.
• – Language Support: English-speaking sitters can be arranged upon request.
• – Location: Within the same building as the conference venue.
• – Facility: A classroom will be converted into a fully equipped childcare room by our provider.
• – Provided Amenities: The childcare room is fully stocked with everything needed, including nap mats/bedding, toys, TV and movies, disposable diapers, beverages, wet wipes, a first-aid kit, and name tags for the children.
• – Eligible Ages: 3 months to 12 years old.

How to Apply

• If you would like to use the childcare service, please contact us via the “Inquiry” form on this website by Friday, July 31st. Please include the subject line “Childcare Service Request” and provide the information listed below. We will coordinate the schedule and notify you of the details by around Monday, August 10th. Please note that capacity is limited due to operational constraints. In the event of a large number of applications, requests will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

<Please provide information for each child if more than one will be using the service>

• 1. Name of the child (with Hiragana)
• 2. Age in months/years
• 3. Desired date and time of use (Please specify in 30-minute increments)
• 4. Has your child ever been placed in a daycare before? If yes, please describe how it went. (Or, if your child currently attends nursery school, please describe their usual experience there.)
• 5. Whether or not your child uses diapers
• 6. Daily routine (mealtimes, nap times, snack times, etc. — we will also ask verbally about the day’s condition at drop-off)
• 7. Allergies (if any, please specify in detail)
• 8. Special notes (any considerations, or information you would like to share with the sitter)
• 9. Emergency contact number for the day
