• At Nishijin Subway station, purchase a ticket for 290 yen (to Fukuoka Kuko 福岡空港) from a ticket vending machine.
• Take an east-bound train that is bound for Fukuoka Kuko (Airport) 福岡空港. Make sure NOT to take trains bound for Kaizuka 貝塚
• Here’s a weekday timetable for east-bound trains from Nishijin. (On the timetable trains bound for Kaizuka are marked with a red 貝.)
• Fukuoka Kuko 福岡空港 is the 9th and the last stop, and it will be a 19-minute ride
• After you walk through a ticket gate, go up the escalator or stairs and you will find yourself in Domestic Terminal #2.
• The shuttle bus to the International Terminal leaves from Domestic Terminal #3. To get to Domestic Terminal #3, follow the signs on the wall. Here’s a map of the Airport in Japanese and in English. To see a shuttle bus timetable, click here and go to Transport > Buses > Shuttle Bus.

By Taxi

• If you take a taxi from Seinan University to Fukuoka Airport, the daytime fare is around 3000 yen.
• Rates increases 20% between the hours of 23:00 and 5:00.
